Electra Group Engineering Code of Ethics
A. Integrity
Integrity and honesty are our primary values in all our business processes and relationships. We act with integrity and honesty in our relationships with employees and all our stakeholders.
B. Confidentiality
Confidential information includes information that may create a competitive disadvantage if disclosed, trade secrets, financial and other information that has not yet been made public, personal information related to employee rights, personal data of employees, customers, and stakeholders, as well as information that we are obliged to protect under “confidentiality agreements” with third parties.
As Electra Group Engineering employees, we are committed to protecting the confidentiality and privacy of our customers, employees, and other relevant individuals and organizations. We protect confidential information related to Electra Group Engineering’s activities, use this information solely for the purposes of our company, and share it only with authorized persons within the scope of defined permissions.
For us, any attempt to gain commercial advantage through the leakage of any confidential information of Electra Group Engineering, including insider trading, is absolutely unacceptable. When leaving the company, we do not take outside any confidential information and documents, projects, regulations, etc., that we have obtained due to our duties.

C. Conflict of Interest
As Electra Group Engineering employees, we aim to avoid conflicts of interest. We do not use our current position to gain personal benefits from individuals and organizations we have business relations with, personally, through our family, or close ones. We do not engage in any additional financial activity outside Electra Group Engineering and its subsidiaries. We avoid using the Electra name, power, and identity for personal gain.
In case of potential conflicts of interest, we apply methods we believe can safely protect the interests of the parties involved through legal and ethical means. In situations of doubt, we consult our Manager, the Human Resources Department, the Ethics Advisor, or the Ethics Committee.
D. Our Responsibilities
In addition to our legal responsibilities, we strive to fulfill the following responsibilities towards our customers, colleagues, shareholders, suppliers, business partners, competitors, society, humanity, and Electra Group Engineering.
Our Legal Responsibilities
We conduct all our activities and operations within the framework of the laws of the Republic of Turkey and international law, and provide accurate, complete, and understandable information to regulatory authorities and institutions in a timely manner. While conducting all our activities and operations, we maintain an equal distance to all public institutions and organizations, administrative formations, civil society organizations, and political parties without any expectation of benefit and fulfill our obligations with this awareness.
Our Responsibilities to Our Customers
We work with a customer satisfaction-oriented approach, responding to our customers’ needs and demands in the shortest time and most accurate manner. We provide our services on time and under promised conditions, and approach our customers with respect, honor, fairness, equality, and courtesy.
Our Responsibilities to Our Employees
We ensure that employees fully and accurately exercise their personal rights. We approach employees honestly and fairly, and commit to a non-discriminatory, safe, and healthy work environment. We make necessary efforts for the individual development of our employees, support their voluntary participation in appropriate social and community activities with a sense of social responsibility, and ensure a balance between work life and private life.
Our Responsibilities to Our Shareholders
Prioritizing the continuity of Electra Group Engineering and aiming to create value for our shareholders, we avoid taking unnecessary or unmanageable risks and aim for sustainable profitability. We act within the framework of financial discipline and accountability, managing our company’s resources, assets, and working time with efficiency and savings awareness. We strive to enhance our competitiveness and invest in areas with growth potential and the highest return on the resources allocated. We provide timely, accurate, complete, and understandable information to our shareholders and the public regarding our financial statements, strategies, investments, and risk profile.
Our Responsibilities to Our Suppliers/Business Partners
We act fairly and respectfully, as expected of a good customer, and take necessary care to fulfill our obligations on time. We carefully protect the confidential information of the individuals and organizations we do business with and our business partners.
Our Responsibilities to Our Competitors
We compete effectively only in legal and ethical areas and avoid unfair competition. We support efforts aimed at achieving the desired competitive structure in society.
Our Responsibilities to Society and Humanity
The protection of democracy, human rights, and the environment; education and charity work; the elimination of crime and corruption are very important to us. With the awareness of being a good citizen, we act sensitively in social matters, taking a leading role; and strive to participate in suitable activities in civil society organizations, public service, and other appropriate activities in this regard. We act sensitively towards the traditions and cultures of Turkey and the countries where we carry out international projects. We do not give or accept bribes or gifts that exceed the intended value.
